What Information Do We Collect?

How Do We Secure Information Transmissions
When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our Website, secure server software which we have licensed encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our Website.
Other email that you may send to us may not be secure unless we advise you that security measures will be in place prior to your transmitting the information. For that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information such as Social Security or account numbers to us through an unsecured email.
Acceptable Use Policy
Disclosure to Law Enforcement: The AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, Subscriber agrees that the Company may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the Subscriber. In addition Techna Digital SEO Services shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement.
Support Boundaries: Techna Digital SEO Service, provides normal business day (5 days per week) online and phone technical support to our subscribers (except for few holidays and short company meetings when we close our place of business.)
Requirements: You may only apply on your own behalf or on behalf of an organization which you have legitimate claim to represent.
Websites or SEO Services may be rejected for service and design for any of the following:
- Encouraging racism or hate
- Violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation.
- Adult oriented websites that include pornography, nudity, obscene material or advertise sexual products.
- Engaged in libelous or harassing activities.
- Banner farm web sites.
