Find Out Exactly Why Your Marketing Isn’t Working
You’ve put time and money into your website. But the phone isn’t ringing the way it should. Sound familiar?
- “I just need more people to find me online.”
- “I don’t understand why my website is not getting traffic.“
- “I don’t have a huge budget — I need to know it’s actually going somewhere.”
- “My competitor is ranking above me and I don’t know why.”
- “I want to grow but I don’t know which marketing to invest in first.”
Five Things We Examine
That Most Business Owners Never Check
Does Your Business Appear Trustworthy?
In the first few seconds on your website, a visitor decides whether to stay or leave. We assess whether your site builds confidence or creates doubt — and tell you exactly what’s getting in the way.
- Design professionalism & visual credibility
- Trust signals — reviews, testimonials, certifications
- Contact information visibility
Are You Giving Visitors a Chance to Convert?
Traffic that doesn’t turn into leads is wasted. As part of our website conversion rate audit, we review whether your site gives people a clear, easy path to reach out — or leaves them hunting for a phone number and giving up.
- Call-to-action placement and clarity
- Contact forms and lead capture
- Mobile conversion experience
Is Your Website Frustrating to Visit?
A slow or confusing website drives people straight to your competitor. We test your page load speed, mobile experience, and site navigation to find anything that might be costing you customers.
- Page load speed analysis
- Mobile usability review
- Navigation and user experience
Can People Actually Find Your Website?
A beautiful website that nobody can find is a billboard in the middle of the ocean. Our website traffic audit shows how well your site is set up to rank on Google — and what’s holding it back.
- On-page SEO implementation
- Google Business Profile review
- Technical SEO flags
What Is Your Online Presence Saying About You?
Your website content, social media activity, and online reviews together tell a story. Our online presence audit checks whether that story is helping you win customers — or quietly pushing them away.
- Website content quality and messaging
- Social media presence and consistency
- Online reviews and reputation

Your team of experts
When you order a Digital Marketing Review, you’ll sit down with DaBina Heng, one of Techna Digital’s senior digital marketing experts, who will personally guide you through the analysis, insights, and opportunities identified by our SEO team. Not a template, not an automated tool, not someone reading from a script.
DaBina has spent years working with small businesses across the country, helping them understand why their online presence isn’t performing and what to do about it. She has a talent for explaining technical marketing concepts in plain language, and she won’t talk down to you or overwhelm you with jargon you didn’t ask for.
The screen-share session is a real conversation. You can ask questions. You can push back. You can say “I don’t understand that” and she’ll explain it differently. The goal is to make sure you leave the call actually knowing what to do next — not just nodding along and hoping it makes sense later.
Receive a Credit!
We stand behind this review completely. If you go through the process — the audit, the consultation, the written findings — and decide to move forward with any of the recommendations within 30 days, the purchase price will be applied toward your first invoice.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Who is this review for?
This review is built for small business owners who have a website and some online presence but aren’t seeing the results they expected. You don’t need to be technically minded — in fact, this review is especially valuable if digital marketing feels like a bit of a mystery to you. It’s also useful for business owners who have worked with an agency and aren’t sure whether the work they paid for was actually done properly.
-
How long does the consultation take?
Plan for about 30-45 minutes, though it can run a little longer or shorter depending on how many questions you have and how much there is to discuss. We don’t rush it. The point is for you to leave the call with clarity, not to get through a checklist as fast as possible.
-
How long until my review is ready?
Once you complete the intake form, we need 2-3 business days to do the analysis and prepare properly for your session. After that, we’ll schedule your screen-share consultation at a time that works for you.
-
What if I don’t have much of a social media presence?
That’s fine — and honestly, it’s useful information in itself. We’ll assess what’s there, note what’s missing, and give you a realistic view of whether and how social media should factor into your marketing. We’re not going to tell you that you need to be on every platform. We’ll tell you what actually makes sense for your business.
-
Will you try to sell me a bigger package at the end?
We’re not going to pretend we won’t mention our other services — if something we offer could directly solve a problem we found, we’ll say so. But this is not a sales call dressed up as an audit. The review is genuinely designed to be valuable on its own, and plenty of people use it that way. You’ll leave with findings and recommendations you can act on yourself or take to any marketing provider you choose.
-
What does "Receive a Credit" mean, and how does it work?
If you complete the audit, consultation, and receive the written findings, then decide to move forward with any of the recommended actions within 60 days, the purchase price of the audit will be applied as a credit toward your first invoice. If you do not proceed within 60 days, the fee for the audit and consultation will not be credited. The credit applies only once and cannot be split across multiple invoices.
