I recently approached Doug about a problem that we were having with a national company that was hosting our website and web based email. After finding the plug pulled on our website by our hosting company, on three different occasions over a twelve month period, with no advance warning from them, I gave Doug a call.
He was able to quickly formulate a solution and moved our website to his hosting service. He was able to offer a short term fix to our email connectivity while the website was being rebuilt. Doug’s follow through and customer service are the best! I now have confidence that our customers will find us and we will not have any interruption in our communication with them.
